1. Product Information All suits sold on our website are ready-made and available in standard sizes. We do offer a Made-to-Order service but only in store.
2. Order Processing and Delivery Orders are processed promptly, and delivery typically takes 7 days if not less. We will notify you if any delays occur.
3. Returns and Refunds We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with UK consumer law. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
